Gabriela Santander, “Gaby”, MBA, serves as an Organ Procurement Manager in our Clinical Operations team. Originally from Venezuela, she holds degrees in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Master of Business Administration. Gabriela discovered her passion for the medical field over a decade ago while working in sales and marketing for medical devices companies. Her journey led her to the Supply Chain Healthcare sector, where she made significant contributions during her three-year tenure at HCA East Florida Division. Notably, she played a key role in the opening of the HCA Florida University Hospital in 2021 on behalf of the Supply Chain Division. With a strong customer service focus and a commitment to making a positive impact, Gabriela joined the LAORA family in late December 2022. Beyond her professional pursuits, Gabriela is an adventurous soul, embracing the challenges of sports and any endeavor that beckons her to evolve into the best version of herself.
