Beryl Moss is the Manager of Performance Improvement. She first joined LAORA in 2018 and has served in multiple areas within the Quality Department prior to advancing to her current role. Prior to joining LAORA, Beryl managed a community program with The Children’s Trust dedicated to providing essential services to families. She later worked as a Transplant Clinical Assistant. This experience brought about her love for the miracle of transplant. She holds degrees in Nursing and Theology and is currently obtaining her Lean Six Sigma Green belt. Beryl brings experience in Leadership, Administration, Project Management, Process Improvement, and Performance Improvement. Beryl is invested in helping the South Florida community and is passionate about our mission to transform and save lives through organ donation. Beryl is proud of our diverse and multi-cultural service area. Her and her husband are foodies. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, nature and animals.
