Nicole Adams Sheckler, MSL, LSSGBC, is the Director of Strategic Operations for Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agency. She joined LAORA in July of 2019. Prior to joining the LAORA team, Nicole worked for eight years as the Director of Business Operations for the University of Miami (UM) Dewitt Daughtry Family Department of Surgery, Immunology and Histocompatibility Laboratory. Nicole first joined UM as a Director of Medical Human Resources in 2004. In her current role at LAORA, Nicole is responsible for the creation and implementation of effective strategies with a concentration on performance improvement and operations. She assists in the cultivation of the relationships with LAORA’s critical partnerships to include customers and stakeholders. Her key areas of focus include Process and Performance Improvement, Project Management, Business Operations, Community Services, Aftercare, and Strategic Initiatives. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park Campus and a Master of Science in Leadership from the Miami Herbert Business School, University of Miami.
