Martii Salazar, MS is the Human Resources Partner for the LAORA team. She joined the University of Miami in July 2023. Prior to joining UM, Martii spent 35 years in the newspaper industry working in numerous leadership roles. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Florida International University.
