Esther Perez, CTP, LSSG, is a Manager for Organ Allocation and Recovery. She first joined LAORA in 2015 as a Hospital Services Coordinator and has served in multiple roles before advancing to her current role. Esther is currently responsible for leading the organ allocation and surgical recovery team. Her passion for serving the community began while working with children and adolescents at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Cancer Center and Inpatient Psychiatry. Esther is committed to helping find new homes for the precious gifts made possible by our donor heroes and their families.
