LAORA invites our donor families to share stories about their loved ones. Many of these stories, along with submitted donor pictures, are used to honor donors in numerous ways. They are used for information pamphlets and literature to educate the community and medical professionals about the importance of donation. Sometimes they are used in media stories as these testimonies and pictures are inspiring and impactful. Furthermore, they are featured during special events such as National Blue and Green Day and the Donor Family Recognition Ceremony.
Those who have not already submitted pictures and quotes are invited to join us as we gather remembrances of all the heroes. Together, their reflections will leave a lasting legacy, helping us to educate others about the power of donation – The Power of Life.

- A quote, 4 to 8 sentences in length, referring to your loved one and the importance of organ, eye, and tissue donation.
